>>Leningrad (Лениинград) is a  group of Ska-rock’n'roll of St Petersbourg (Russia, in the past Leningrad), beginning of the Années 1990.
Composed of 11 musicians brought together around the leader Sergiei Shnurov (СергейШнуров), it is known in Russia for its vulgar texts in slang (Chechmate) fleurant the vodka with pepper , according to the principle “sex, drugs and punk-rock’n'roll” inspired by groups of the Années 1980 like Nol. A description, rather summary is, was to compare the appearance of the group on the Russian music scene on arrival of the Sex Pistols on the English scene .
