“Contemporary British composers are the stars of this year’s scene of the most ambitious of all Krakow music festivals. The achievements of Julian Anderson will be presented by Asko/Schonberg; the Austrian Klangforum Wien were appointed to present works by Brian Ferneyhough; the German Ensemble Modern will perform works by George Benjamin; and the London Sinfonietta will work on compositions by Olivier Knussen and Harrison Birtwistle.
