TRAVELERT: Krakow Concert and Event Alerts

Those in Krakow and interested in the history of last world war should join the tomorrows (Monday,16th Aug) walking tour following the places connected with last flight of the Liberator KG-933. The plane was shot down over Krakow, during the night of 16/17 August 1944, while returning form delivery flight for Warsaw Uprising. Like last years (it is a forth edition of the walk) some alive witnesses of the tragic event are expected to tell what they saw that night.The organiser is podgorze.pl, that is a very valuable source of information about Podgórze itself.
